Elite Competitor
When I first delivered confident rider and confident competitor workshops for Northern Dressage Group I was surprised to find her attending and opening up that she had lost the plot at the regionals and completely blown it.
Following her attendance at the workshops I had a lovely message from her.
“Hi Sandra, Calm and focused , enjoyed my day competing, thanks for helping me get my mo-jo working again. Positively forwards we go x”
Fast forward 5 years (just coming out of lockdown) and I happened to meet up with her at a Northern Dressage event I was judging at. She said she’d lost her mo-jo again and was I able to help.
After an initial discovery conversation she committed to a programme of bespoke coaching to get rid of the negative emotions and limiting beliefs that were holding her back, after a few individual sessions she decided she would like to complete the NLP Practitioner Certification for the complete personal development experience.
So successful were her first coaching sessions she went out, won the Area Festival PSG and qualified for Hartpury, necessitating I put back the NLP face to face training back a week!
This lovely lady has completed her NLP Practitioner certification and is now aiming for Inter 1
